The latest single auger masticating juicer boasting two step juicing technology, the Omega Sana Juicer Chrome EUJ 606CH has been created explicitly for the markets in the UK and Europe. This machine is available in the US under model number NC900.
This latest generation of the popular Omega Sana juicer provides a two stage mechanism which makes sure that wheatgrass, fruits and vegetables are thoroughly crushed before being pressed slowly. This two-step process combined with the 70RPM ultra-low speed rotation means that the juice is chockfull of nutrients and packed with enzymes, minerals and vitamins. With a variety of improvements compared to previous designs, the Omega Sana Juicer Chrome EUJ 606CH has a wider feeding chute which allows produce to be fed in without being prepared extensively in advance, plus a pressure adjusting valve which includes 5 different settings, allowing the maximum amount of juice to be extracted leaving the pulp squeezed almost bone dry. The highest settings on this valve should be used for tough vegetables such as carrots, and raw fruits plus leafy greens. The lower setting can be used for produce which contains a high volume of liquid, such as citrus fruits.
The Omega Sana Juicer Chrome EUJ 606CH is available in three colours and includes a blank screen which can be utilised to create lots of different recipes, particularly when used alongside the accessory pack. As well as homogenising, these accessories can create smoothies, pasta dough noodles of a variety of shapes, baby food and nut butters.
